HEOFMAN'S THEATRE-- Benefit of G.D., Chaplin to-night.—The popular Irish comedian Mr. HARRY MACARTHY took a benefit at this popular house last night, upon which occasion a large audience was present. Three good pieces were presented, one of which "Landlords and Tenants, or Paddy at Home," was written by Mr. Macarthy. A number of actors from Dodson's company, who volunteered, appeared in favorite parts. The entertainment was enlivened by singing and dancing, and everything passed off pleasantly.

To-night is the time set apart for the benefit of the popular and talented actor, Mr. G. D. CHAPLIN. Miss DORA SHAW has kindly volunteered and will appear, upon this occasion only, as Kate O'Brien in "Perfection," and also in the 5th act of "Caiuille." Miss ANNIE RADCLIFFE will appear in a fancy dance, and MACAUTHY will play a banjo solo. The entertainment will conclude with the unequalled burlesque of the "Lady of the Lions," with CHAPLIN in his amusing character of Polly Anne. Don't fail to attend to-night.

Mr. S. Drake will take a benefit on Monday night.

DODSON'S VARIETIES--Benefit of Mohawk Fire Co., No. 1.--The Mohawks have engaged Dodson's Theatre for tonight, for the purpose of offering a testimonial to the favorite actress, BELLA ADAMS. The great moral drama of the "Drunkard" will be produced upon this occasion, in which BELLA ADAMS will appear as Mary Wilson. The popular lrish comedian and vocalist Mr. J. F. LYTTON, having kindly volunteered for this occasion only, will appear in an Irish Song, and also as Dlggory in the "Spectre Bridegroom." This will be followed by a fancy dance by Mrs. BLAKE, after which the performance will conclude with the laughable burlesque of "The Bull in the China
