•our young friend T.'HOSSKY, Est}., of DesMoines, Iowa, for a neat little volume entitled "Historical Reminiscences of the City-of Dos Moines."
Tho book is embellished with a number of fine engravings, consisting of viows of the principal buildings of the •city, and contains also quite a large lithographic view of Des Moines from
Capitol Hill. Wo have not yet had leisure to examine the contents very extensively, but will do ao at onr earliest leisure.
