Theodore Frank celebrated his 21st birthday last evening in a royal manner at his home on Mulberry street with a stag party. An elegant supper was served. He was the recipient,of a handsome gold watch and chain from his parents, a waich charm from his. gentlemen friends, and numerous other presents from his numetous friends in tite city.
