Two weeks from next Thursday is Christmas. Just think how much money can bu saved in that time by forcing the saloons to- ob«y the law. One hundred and fifty saloons selling an average of only$5.00each after 11 clock for twentyone days means $15,750 00 spent for liquors that could bo saved aild devoted to making glad the hearts of patient wives and children with Christmas presents. That sum of money would buy a beautiful present for every boy and girl in this city. There is nothing so elegant or useful as fine silver tableware, and E. W. Leeds has the most elegant line of silverware in the city. Go see his magnificent stock before deciding upon your purchases.
