The installation of Rev. G. W. Bainum as pastor of the Presbyterian church of this city, occurred last Sabbath, with very appropriate and interesting services. The day was beautiful and the attendance was large. Rev. Dr. Edson of Indianapolis, who was to have preached the sermon, could not be present, hut his place was well supplied by Rev. J. X.
