We clip the following from a Terre Haute paper: A sad accident occurred at No. 417 North Fourth street, yesterday, which resulted in tho d;ath of Mrs. Sadie L. Carnes, tho wife of a bricklayer. Mrs. Carnes was standing on a chair hanging a picture, wnen her foot slipped and she fell over the back of the chair. She was in a delicate condition, and the fall produced hemorrhage, from which
