Putnam County Fair: a world of the young
THE COGS OF POLITICS revolved during the Putnam County Fair. Clad in navy blue trousers and white shirts, two lads waved
tiny American flags as they led their goat decorated with red and white polka dots in the Pet Parade. They were suggesting "Nanny for President."
THE YOUNG AMERICA tent bounced with the vibrating sounds of "All These Blues," a local combo, playing the modern sounds of music.
