NEW YORK (UPI)—Graham Loving & Co. feels that although it is still too early to be certain, the market apparently is in the process of starting an “intermediate decline, correcting at least part of last month’s advance." The firm recommends that “traders and aggressive investors use rallies to selectively reduce positions in anticipation of a better buying opportunity probably in the middle or latter part of May." Stanley Heller & Co. comments that “for the near term

it would seem academic whether we are now entering a new bull market or merely an extended rally in a bear market. The analyst says of believes “the absorption of an abundance of institutional cash reserves will continue to reflect itself in higher equity prices." Hayden, Stone, Inc. thinks that the most of the near term trading highlights will quite likely be provided by new Individual stocks and groups participating belatedly on the upside. The analyst feels that the “generally improved psychological, technical and fundamental atmosphere in which the market is currently operating, should prove to be strong supporting factors."
