Wall street chatter NEW YORK UPI —Wright Investors’ Service says the current churning action of the stock market represents seasonal, tax-influenced selling weakness. The company says that while some further attrition is likely in the next two or three weeks, it expects a yearend rally to get underway by late November.
E. F. Hutton & Co. says the current market decline seems to have lost much of its momentum. The company says the list now is more oversold than at any time since June and offers the opinion that a technical rally seems likely to precede any significant extension of the decline.
