Springs Said bids to include 66 passenger bus body to meet specific specifications on hand with the superintendent of said corporation at the office in the Courthouse in Greencastle. Indiana and also to comply with all Indiana minimum standards. All bids to include trade in of three (3) used school buses, specifications of which can be examined in the office of the school superintendent and can be examined by appointment through the school superintendent. Said bids to include the purchase by the corporation on a Conditional Sale Contract for a term of six '6) years with interest on the unpaid balance not to exceed four per cent (4%) per annum with the first semi-annual payment to be due on January 1, 1969. Said bidders to state in their bid the earMest possible date of delivery of the chassis with body assembled. A bond in the amount of 10% of the bid shall be filed with each bid. The South Putnam Community School Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
