Church. Deletion of the word “Protestant” has been the subject of controversy for many

years.

A major study of theological education has brought to light “a gi-ave situation that demands significant action,” according to Nathan M. Pusey, president of Harvard University. He also served as chairman of an 18month study of theological education conducted by a committee of theologians, educators,
