Mr. and Mrs. Larry McGinnis and children of Crawfordsville, were Sunday evening supper guests of Mrs. Frances M. McGinnis. Mrs. Frances McGinnis spent Monday afternoon and evening at Portland Mills, the guest

of Mr. and Mrs. Harrison McGinnis. Mrs. Frances McGinnis spent Tuesday afternoon in Crawfordsville and was supper guest of the Larry McGinnis family. Fillmore girls who attended the Cheerleaders Workshop at Vincennes University last week

were Belinda Renter, Sherry Fla ter. Sue Monday and Diane Stringer. T9ie Ronald Hanlan family moved to Bainbridge last Saturday. Mr. and Mira. Paul Naum an moved into the home they purchased recently from the Chilicote family. Mr. and Mm. Donald Quick left Wednesday to visist his aunt. Miss Bertha Guiwitz in St Joseph, Missouri. Mrs. Elizabeth Dunlavy spent last week in the Ruark

Nursing Home, while the Quicks visited in Missouri. Mss Kate Oliver entertained Rev. and Mrs. John McFarland Wednesday evening for supper. Hie Stitch and Chatter Club met Wednesday afternoon with Mrs. Ruth Ragan. Ten members answered roll call with “Father’s Day Tribute.” Mrs. Ruth Sutherlin furnished the entertainment Prizes were won by Miss Bertha Coffin, Mrs. Ruth Ragan and Mrs. Inez Pruitt The hostess served tasty refreshments. Friendly Sewing Circle met

all day Wednesday with Mrs. Gwen Huffman. Ten members enjoyed a delicious dinner. They bound 2 quilts. Mrs. Pearl cnamness, a former resident of Fillmore, is a patient in the Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie. Her room number is 312. She wants to hear from her friends. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Lisby, Mrs. Rachel West and children visited Tuesday in Otterbein with Mrs. Ruth Ogles. Mrs. Shirley Wilson visited Wednesday afternoon with Mrs. Ida Day.

The June dinner meeting of the Fillmore Lions Club was at Terr’s Restaurant with their wives as guests. Each woman was given a beautiful carnation corsage, color of their own choosing. Officers for 1967-68 were installed by George Irwin. Mr. and Mrs. Hershell Scobee and family have been vacationing in Texas. They visited her sister, Joan and husband AMs Veazey.
