LAS PALMAS, Canary Islands UPI — Spanish officials ; said they were holding 29 crew | members for an alleged mutiny aboard the British tanker Lankus. They said Spanish security forces boarded the tanker after the captain locked himself in this cabin and radioed for help, while en route from Saudi Arabia to Philadel-
phia.
The cause of the disturbance was not immediately known.

Personal And Local News Isaac Holland, 23, Darfork, Kentucky, was arrested and jailed Tuesday evening by Sheriff Bob Albright for public intoxication. The Needlecraft Club will hold a picnic at the home of Mrs. Cecil Brown at 12 noon Friday. Members please bring covered dish and table service. Charlene Langdon, 34, city, was arrested by Officer John Stevens on Arlington Street, at 11:25 Tuesday night, for failure to have an operator’s license. When a motorcycle owned by William Chaney caught fire, city firemen made a run at 1:30 Tuesday afternoon to the intersection of Jackson and Beveridge Streets. Damage was estimated at $80. Mrs. Ida M. Hill and son, Norman and wife Maxine, have been called to Hamburg, New York due to the death of I > McGrath a former -esident of Greencastle. Mrs. McGrath is the former Ellen Hill, a native of Greencastle and the niece of Mrs. Hill. Mr. and Mrs. James C. Loveless have as their guests, Libby, age 5 and Karen 2, their granddaughters, whose home is in Hamilton, New York. The girls’ parents, Mr. and Mrs. James K. Loveless, who are at present touring Europe. Mr. Loveless will return to his work at Colgate University when the coUege opens in September.

Bethel AMHS Church will not have a dinner this week as scheduled. It has been 'postponed until a later date. Christian Women’s Fellowship of the First Christian Church will hold a service for installation of officers Thursday, June 15, at 8:00 pjn. in Fellowship Hall. Miss Mabel Burton left Sunday for Ely, Minnesota, where she will spend the summer at Camp Voyageur. She Is resuming her work which she has each summer at the boys’ vacation camp. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Erdman have left Greencastle for the summer, to be at Camp Voyageur at Ely, Minnesota, where Mr. Erdman will assume his duties as director of the boys’ camp. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Cox have returned home from a visit with their daughter, Mrs. Glen Wagner, of Cincinnati. Mrs. Cox went to Cincinnati last Wednesday and Mr. Cox spent the weekend there and they drove back Sunday. Mrs. William (Maxine) McCanunack, Cloverdale R. 2, stepped off the curb in front of Hillman’s Store Wednesday morning and fractured her ankle. She was taken to the Putnam County hospital in the Hopkins-Walton ambulance. Mr. and Mrs. Victor Cue have returned from Adrian, Michigan where they visited their son, Dale and family and attended the High School Commencement exercises for their grand san, Gary. Their granddaughter, Karen, will leave next week with a group of understanding youth for Denmark where she will remain until the latter part of August. There are over 3,000 Youth going to different countries. 100 are going to Denmark. The group wiU go by jet.

Woliung funeral at Lawrenceburg Frank L. P. Woliung, 76, 414 S. Indiana street died early Wednesday morning at the Putnam County Hospital. He had been a patient at the hospital since May 31st He was bom November 8, 1890 in Dearborn County, the son (A Louis and Elizabeth Wullner Woliung. Mr, Woliung was a member of the Gobin Memorial Methodist Church, Lawrenceburg, Indiana Masonic Lodge FA AM No. 4; Greencastle R.AM. No. 22; Greencastle Council No. 107 R&SM; Greencastle Commandery No. 11; Indianapolis Valley of Scottish Rite; Murat Shrine; Greencastle OES No. 255; National Association of Rural Letter Carriers; National Association of Retired Civil Employes. He retired from the local Post Office in 1950, where he had been a rural mail carrier for the past thirteen years, prior to coming to Greencastle he was a rural mail carrier in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. After his retirement from the local Post Office he served as Putnam County Court bailiff for sometime. Survivors are his wife, Mabel; one daughter, Mrs. Ruth Hicks, Big Rapids, Michigan; three grandchildren; one niece and one nephew. He was preceded in death by one son, Capt John Woliung of the USAF. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 p. m. at the Moon Funeral Home in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Interment will be in Greendale Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Friends may caU at the Rector Funeral Home Wednesday evening. The body will be taken to Lawrenceburg, Indiana Thursday morning.
Services Friday for Fred Branson Fred T. Hanson, 86, Greencastle R, 1, died Tuesday evening at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Hugh James, Greencastle R. 1. Survivors are four daughters, Mrs. Edna Love, Mrs. Audrey James, Greencastle R. 1; Mrs. Lena Wells, Brazil, R. 5; and Mrs. Naomi Fannin, Plainfield; nineteen grandchildren and twenty-six great-grandchildren; one half-sister, Mrs. Ella Brake, Crawfordsville. He was preceded in death by three sons and his wife. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 p. m. at the Miller A Sons Funeral Home in Brazil. Interment will be in the Bee Rudge Cemetery, Friends may call at the Miller A Sons Funeral Home in Brazil after 4:00 p. m, Thursday.
Walter Bullerdick funeral Thursday Walter Leslie Bullerdick, 72, farmer of Rt 1, Waveland, died in Culver Hospital at Crawfordsville at 8 a.m. Tuesday. Mr. Bullerdick lived in the Russellville-Waveland area since 1921. For the last several years he owned and operated a farm on Rt. 1. He was a veteran of World War 1 and a member of the Byron Christian Church. A son of Edward and Azlee Bressler Bullerdick, he was born Dec. 6, 1894 in Poland, Ind. He was married Jan. 11, 1921 to Verna Hunsicker in Rockville. Surviving are the widow; three sons, Dale and Clyde of near Crawfordsville and Max of Waveland; two brothers, Cecil and Ray, both of Bainbridge; three half-brothers, Wilbur of Greencastle and John and Melvin, both of Poland; a halfsister, Mrs. Alice Querry of Poland; three grandchildren and a great granddaughter. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ross, in 1966, a sister and a half-brother. Services wiU be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Machledt and Servies Funerel Home in Waveland with Revs. James O. Trousdale and Walter Porter officiating. Burial wiU be in RusseUville Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home. Lillie Stultz Is Hostess To Club The Clinton-Madison Friendly Club met June 8th with Lillie Stultz. The meeting was called to order by the president, Alma Clodfelter, with singing “Love’s Old Sweet Song.” The flag salute and club collect were given. Roll call, Describe Your Wedding Dress, was given by thirteen members. Minutes were read and approved. It was voted to elect officers in March next year in order to have programs ready for the first meeting in June. Mrs. Delores Funk from Paul's Pastry demonstrated cake decorating on cakes the club ladies furnished, which were very petty and enjoyed by all. The hostess served her decorated cake, ice cream and punch. The next meeting will be a picnic at Robe-Ann Park.

Heads police chiefs FT. WAYNE UPI—Raymond Keller of Kokomo was elected president of the Indiana Association of Chiefs of Police at a convention here Tuesday. Officers were installed Tuesday night. A business meeting today will close the convention.

Vows Solemnized' At Gobin Memorial
Miss Patricia Collins and John Davis Thompson were united in marriage on Friday, May 26, at Gobin Methodist Church. The Reverend William Phillips of Atlanta, Georgia, performed the double ring ceremony. Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Ernest H. Collins. The groom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Hugh D. Thompson, of Hartselle, Alabama. Attending as matron of honor was Mrs. Christopher von Baeyer, Sarasota, Florida, sister of the bride. Mrs. Carl Penn, Holly Pond, Alabama, sister of the groom, and Miss Jean Collins, sister of the bride, were honor attendants. Best man was Hugh D. Thompson, father of the groom. Ushers were Ernest H. Collins, Jr., Tom Stewart, Joe Hecko, and John M. Thorlton.
Following the ceremony a garden reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents. Assisting in serving were Mrs. Joe McCann, Ft. Wayne, Mrs, Larry Leer, Miss Jan Van Alen and Miss Sue Stoudinger of Bloomington, Mrs. Emmett Hunter, Indianapolis, and Mrs. William Phillips, Atlanta. Mrs. Thompson is a graduate of DePauw University and Indiana University, and studied at the University of Strasbourg. Mr. Thompson is a graduate of Birmingham Southern University, the Candler School of Theology of Emory University, and studied at the University of Heidelberg as a Methodist Fellow. Mr. and Mrs. Thompson will live at New Orleans, where Mr. Thompson is a member of the faculty of Dillard University.
POSSIBLE TRIAL TOKYO UPI—Three visiting Indonesian supreme court justices said Tuesday that ousted Indonesian President Sukarno may stand trial in the near future for taking part in the 1965 Communist attempt to seize power in Jakarta. Justice Asikin Kusumah Atmadja said, “Sukarno must take the responsibility for the lack of action against the planned Communist revolution although he knew what would happen.”
