still seems advisable. The company feels there is still no technical sign of anything but a shallow decline, but warns against price irregularities as a direct result of the almost uninterrupted advance which has brought the market to its present level. The company believes any correction now would strengthen the list for further progress.

Kenneth Ward of Hayden, Sone Inc. says even though investors have naturally taken a cautious stance toward the stock market at its current levels “it seems more advisable to study and analyze the action of relatively undervalued stocks during sporadic sinking spells” than to follow the irregular course of the averages. Bache & Co. says that while a pause for consolidation at the present time seems likely, it has been aware that the market has been consolidating “under the umbrella of strength in the Dow averages." No Beach Play In Tha Nude MIAMI BEACH UPI — An 18th century maiden and Playboy Magazine notwithstanding, you still can’t frolic in the nude on a public beach. At least not on the Gold Coast Municipal Judge Alfred Nesbitt fined Shirley Albert, 38, and William McDermott 350 each on charges of public indecency Wednesday to illustrate this point of law. Miss Albert, a nightclub piano player, and McDermott were arrested by two policemen as they cavorted nude in the surf at dawn. “I just felt like having a swim," Miss Albert told the judge. She first said she took ell her clothes off, then amended that to state that she was dad only in briefs. Her attorneys argued that “tire upper part of the female body is no longer shocking” when exposed as evidenced by the public acceptance of Playboy Magazine. Citing precedent, the lawyers read the case of an English girl who was acquitted in 1738 after die appeared nude from the waist up on a village green. Nesbitt then asked one of the arresting officers if, indeed Miss Albert had any clothes on. “No, none whatsoever," the officer replied. This, then was a case where the defendants were found frolicking and caressing on a beach, Nesbitt said, “and there is nothing more public than that.” Their nakedness was further emphasized, he said, by the sun peeking over the horizon. Also peeking, the judge noted, were three teen-agers on a nearby blanket

TRAVEL CLOCKS NEW YORK UPI — The growing feminine appetite for sophisticated cordless convenience has helped produce another innovation: cordless electric travel clocks operating for more than a year on a set of tiny batteries. “The woman traveler who goes abroad by air probably is most responsible for this new taste trend,” says George Keyko, of Bulova’s Caravelle division. Regular electric clocks, he noted are useless abroad because of difference in electric

Wall-to-wall indoor and outdoor carpet covers the floor and 37 washers and 18 dryers are available to eliminate any waiting for machines. The washers are ticket operated instead of coin operated, and nine of the dryers are pre-heated, moisture controlled — the more moisture the clothes contain the higher the flame will be. Also ready to use are three duplex washers for the heavy loads, and three dry cleaning units with a drap-

ery rack to hang them on. Plenty of clothes folding space is available and at the Highlander, the worry over where to change that bill is eliminated. A change vending machine that accepts dollar bills is located on the back wall plus the usual soap dispenser, if needed. Located conveniently are vending machines for hot chocolate, drinks, cigarettes and a lounge with soft reclining chairs for the comfort of the customer while watching television or to visit with friends. As an extra, the Highlander has central air conditioning. All washers are fed hot water Immediately. No longer when the hot water button is pushed, cold water runs until the pipes are empty. The Highlander is equipped with a circulating pipe that keeps hot water available at all times and the water is 100 per cent total soft with Servi-Soft conditioning service. Another added attraction for complete customer satisfaction is a one-stop clothes service. An attendant will be on duty 24 hours a day to wash, dry, fold, and iron your clothes.
