Artichoke-Cream Dip Curry-flavored sour cream makes a dip for cooked chilled artichokes. To make dip for 4 medium artichokes, combine IV2 cups of dairy sour cream, % teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon (or more to taste) of curry powder, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. Mix well and serve with chilled artichokes.
Herbed Pone Herbed com bread is good with chicken or pork chops. Add 1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning and hi teaspoon of ground thyme to a 10 or 12ounce package of corn bread mix along with the milk and egg called for in package directions. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven about 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.

Meslow of the Universtiy of Wisconsin observed that snowshoe hares, red squirrels, porcupines, shorttailed weasels, coyotes, colored foxes, lynx, and five other species of mammals and seven bird species used the same routes.
