Mis* Marilyn Darlene O’Hair and Steven Dynn Winters were united in marriage Sunday afternoon, April 16, at the Union Chapel Methodist Church. Officiating at the double ring ceremony was Rev. Glen McFarland, brother-in-law of the
groom.
The bride’s parents are Mr. ^ and Mrs. Gale K, O’Hair of R. R. 1, Greencastle. Mr. Winters is the son of Mrs. Helen ^Winters of Bainbridge. Mrs. Freda Nicholson, organ/ist, accompanied Miss Mary Rayfield as she sang “One Hand, One Heart” and “Hawaiian Wedding Song” preced-
; ing the ceremony and “The Lord's Prayer” at the altar. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a floorlength gown, which she designed herself. The skirt of bridal satin had an inset panel in the front of scalloped Alencon lace. The skirt also featured a chapel train. The sleeves were .wrist length with bridal points over the hands and button closings. The bodice was of scalloped lace and had a natural waist line. The bride’s headpiece fashioned of a lovely heart-shaped spray of pearlized flowers with an organza bow, secured a tiered veil of silk illusion. The bride
carried a cascade of mums surrounding a white orchid.

The Matron of Honor, Mrs. Sheila Chadd, cousin of the bride, wore a floor-length gown of dark pink crepe. Other attendants, Mrs. Sharon O'Hair and Miss Donna Douglas also wore floor-length gowns of light pink crepe. The gowns had natural waistlines trimmed with a bow in the back. They carried informal cascades of dark and light pink mums. Lisa MacFarland, niece of the bridegroom, was flower girl. She wore an empire waist dress
of light pink crepe, accented by
a dark pink velvet bow.
Ringbearer was Douglas Ray O'Hair, brother of the bride.
Mrs. O'Hair chose a beige dress and coat with pink accessories and wore a corsage of pink carnations. Mrs. Winters j selected a navy blue dress with ' matching accessories and also , wore a corsage of pink carnations.
Donald Malicoat, friend of the groom, served as best man. Also attending the groom were Alan Ader and Ron Rossok. Michael O’Hair and Dennis O’Hair, brothers of the bride, seated the guests.
Engagements Announced
Mr. and Mrs. Arlanda Lewis, R. 2, Coatesville, wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Louisa, to Gary Leonard, of Turkey Run. The wedding date is June 2 at Groveland.

Exchange Vows
Immediately following the ceremony a reception was held in the church Sunday School room. Mrs. Patty Jones, Mrs. Glen EUen Riggen, Mrs. Karen Albin, Mrs. Judy Parent, and Miss Barbara O’Hair helped with the reception.
Miss Karen Ann McCammon became the bride of George Lang McCammon Saturday, April 8, at 2:30 p.m. in the home of her parents. The Reverend Kyle Miller officiated at the double ring ceremony.
Registering the guests was Mrs. Suzy McFarland, sister of the bridegroom. Also helping with the gifts and reception were Miss Kathy O’Hair and Miss Charlotte Porter, cousins of the bride.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. N. B. McCammon | of Greencastle and the bride j groom is the son of Mr. and : Mrs. George B. McCammon of Lyons.

Mr. and Mrs. McCammon will make their home at 1780 Davis Avenue, Terre Haute.

Michael Tzouanakis, a new State Life PTA member and principal of Northeast was honored at the State Life PTA luncheon. The Clinic on Community Concern emphasized community agencies working with parents and teachers. Mrs. Frank P. The Dolly Madison 4-H Club held their 4th meeting at the home of Patty Evens April 15. j The meeting was called to order ! by the president, Marsha Brattain. The 4-H Pledge was led by Terrie Aubrey and American
pledge by Linda Rowings. Health and Safety was by Debbie Evens on How to Put a Fire Out. Patty Evens gave a demonstration on how to measure liquids. Vicki Aker gave secretary’s and treasurer's reports. Fourteen members answered roll call with date of birthday. Songs were led by Linda Rowings and Sherri Sears. 4-H card stubs were given to the members. May 15, 7:30, at the Greencastle High School there will be a tea for Madison Township and Greencastle Township 4-H members and their mothers. County Judging is June 11. Betty Brewer introduced her guest, Beth Newton. Recreation was led by Brenda Evens and Phyliss Reeves.
