Mrs. LaRus Gray visited her daughter and family, Mr. and MTs. Tom Underwood o f Coatesville over the weekend. Rol Walker suffered a heart attack on Saturday morning
and was taken to the Putnam County HospitaL A number of people from Cloverdale attended the Fish Fry at Belle Union on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Mrs. Verna Nickerson entered the hospital last week and had surgery and is improving nicely. Mr. and Mrs. G. O. Olson of
oak Ridge, Tenn., were callers Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Clevenger. Mr. and Mrs. Harley Benson of Indianapolis, formerly of here, have moved to their farm south of town and are building a new home. Mr. and Mrs. Glendon Herbert entertained Saturday Mr. and Mrs. Billy Herbert of Springfield, Colorado. Mr. and Mrs. Loren Salsman
entertained Sunday at a cook* out for a family get together. Mr. and Mrs. Billy Herbert and family o f Springfield, Colo.; Mr. and Mrs. Leon Herbert, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Sutherlin and family; Mr. and Mrs. Larry Salsman and family; Mr. and Mrs. Doris Salsman and family, Mr. and Mrs. Philip Skinner and son all of Belle Union and Mr. and Mrs. Glendon Herbert of Cloverdale.
Mr. and Mrs. Larry Ray and daughters of Wabash County visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cedric Ray and Rhoddy from Wednesday until Saturday. They are moving to Dayton, Ohio. Mr. and Mrs. Glendon Herbert attended a Pork Chop dinner at the United Church of Christ at Russellville, sponsored by the Putnam County Farm Bureau. The program for the
evening was Carcass Evaluation. Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Hood were called to Indianapolis by the death of her brother, James Twynam, formerly of Louisville, Ky.
