The blast roeksd the entire 11,000-acre installation which produces shells and gunpowder for the Viet Nam war, and injured some 45 persons. Two of the injured were admitted to Ctaric County Memorial Hospital at Jeffersonville. Authorities said it was miraculous no more of the some 2,000 employees on the the grounds at the time of the Mast were injured. Maj. William G. Lawhead, commander of the plant, ordered the relatives of the three missing men notified. He identified them as Dais K. Lord, SO, the father of five, and Adair Hayes, 68 father of four, both of Charleston, and William C. Zimbro, 27, a Seilersburg bach-
elor.
Lawhead said the cause of the Mast might never he learned, adding the missing men were a ' powder supply team which went to the 80-foot-long concrete bunker to get mortar propel-

Radiy Signs Divorce Bill ALBANT UFI—Gov. Nelson A. Rockefeller, who was divorced in an out-of-state action in 1002, Wednesday night signed New York's first major divorce reform Mil in 170 years. The bUl ends New York’s status as the last state In the union to recognise marital infidelity as the only grounds for divorce and gives it instead one of the most liberal statutes in the nation. Most of the provisions will not take effect until Sept. 1, 1067, however. Rockefeller, who was divorced by his first wife, Mrs. Mary Clark Rockefeller, in Reno, Nev., signed the bill without comment at Albany airport before catching a flight to New York City. The governor’s present wife, Mrs. Margaretta Murphy (Happy) Rockefeller, had received her divorce in Idaho. It took less than 10 hours for Rockefeller and the state legislature to overhaul the stringent old law, which was framed by Alexander Hamilton and passed
in 1787.

Thirteen French movie actresses wen supported to vote on the best film of the year, but three did not show up and the other ten started arguing about whether the absentees were entitled to vote by mail. Before the Shouting had died, three more of the jurists walked out, and those that were left voted for “Rapture.’*
Fatal Seizure BLOOMINGTON, UPI — J. Edward Hedges, 61, chairman
of the insurance department of the Indiana University school of business, died Wednesday of a heart attack in his home. Hedges, a native of Baldwin, Kas., came to IU in 1940 and served on the Governor’s Commission for the Indiana Employes Retirement Fund in the 1940s.

Withdrawal Study PARIS UPI — The National Assembly has appointed a twoman investigating committee to study the effect on the nation’s economy of the withdrawal of U. 8. bases from France. President Charles de Gaulle has ordered the 28,000 American troops out of France by April 1, 1967. Estimates as to the cost of the withdrawal to the French economy have run as high as 520 million.

Buy Hongs Self INDIANAPOLIS UPI — Michael David Nichols, 15, son of Pike Twp. Volunteer Fire Dept. Chief John H. Nichols, was found hanged in the garage of the family home. Authorities ruled death suicide and said the boy may have been depressed because of poor grades. The act apparently occurred a few minutes after the boy left a school bus after idling a friend “Tm so tired I think I could die.”
