favors Increase In Air Attacks WASHINGTON UPI — Form e r Rep. Walter Judd said Monday that even if stepped-up U. S. bombing raids against North Viet Nam would bring the risk of war with Communist China, the risk should be taken. Judd, appearing before the Senate Foreign Relations Comiriittee's hearing on Red China, urged that the bombing against the North be increased.
