The committee met here Wednesday and Chairman Charles O. Hendricks announced the budget, which is small in comparison to the total expected to be spent by the state’s Democrats. He said a “sizeable” part of the 3870,000 would be raised at a June 10 $100 per couple dinner, which likely will be held at tee Indiana Fairgrounds Coliseum. A “national speaker” will be billed for tee dinner, Hendricks said. He said about 4,000 tickets are expected to be sold.
