Mr. and Mr*. Kllett Ensor War* Christmas Day guests at a family dinner at the home of her sister, Mrs. Delbert Lewis and husband in Greencastle. Mr. and Mrs. Ensor entertained on Sunday with dinner for their family, Mr. and Mrs. Noble Sutherlin and children of Fillmore, Mr. and Mrs. Nick Robertson and family and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Efcisor of Greencastle, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Bullerdick and sons, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hess and family and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Ensor. Gerald Hart and family of Crawfordsville and Ross King of the Mary Brooks Rest Home in Crawfordsville, were Christmas guests of Mrs. Raymond Hart and family. Raymond Hart Jr. and daughter, Debbie, spent the New Tear weekend with friends in Wichita, Kansas. Mr. and Mrs. Don White of Indianapolis R. R. entertained with a Christmas Eve supper for MT. and Mrs. Jeff Blue and Tshda Lee and Miss Sandy Gardner of Indianapolis; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Harlan, Mr. and Mrs. Jewell Blue and Mike and Muriel Nelson. Mm. Lyde Coffman of Roachdale of the Stewart Nursing Home and Miss Ella Coffman of Greencastle were holiday guests of Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Coffman and Earl. Mrs. Ghrystal Priest attended a family holiday dinner at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dick Judy In Greencastle. Mr. and Mrs. Clint Judy were guests at the home of his mother for ft family dinner on Christmas Day. Mrs. Lola Morphew is spendtag the winter with her daughter, Mrs. Sara Curry and husband In Indianapolis. •Mr. and Mrs. Murel Ensor of South Bend were weekend guests of his brother, Ellett and Wife. Saturday visitors were Mr. and Mrs. Bure! Ensor of Clinton Falls. Mrs. Raymond Hart was a New Tears guest of her son, Gerald and family of Crawfordaville and also called on her father, Mr. King.

Mr. and Mrs. Jewell Blue and Mike entertained with • family dinner during the holidays for Mr. and Mrs. Gene Hough of Perry, Ga. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Hutcheson and granddaughter Debbie of Reelsville, Jeff Blue and family and Don White and family of Indianapolis, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Harlan and Muriel Nelson. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Miller and Mrs. Ruth Hyatt were Christmas Day guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Gooch. On December 26th Mr. and Mrs. Willis Dickson entertained thirty members of their family with a Christmas dinner. They received a telephone call from their granddaughter, Mrs. Barbara Alexander and family of Arizona, wishing them all a happy holiday. Holiday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Avery Austin were Mr. and Mrs. Bill Austin and baby of Columbus, Ohio; Mr. and Mrs. Lanny Parker and children of Eminence, Mrs. Kathleen Mee and daughter of Indianapolis, Walter Huffman and family and Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Huffman. Mrs. Wm. Hueber and sons of Brownsburg spent Thursday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Etoheson. Mrs. Esther Rmiapke has returned from a vacation with relatives in Chicago, Detroit and Terre Haute. She owns and operates foe Dariette In the summer monfos. Mr. and Mr*. Walter Steele and daughter, Mrs. (Sint Judy attended the church wedding of the Steele’s grandson, Kent Scherschel and Miss Lynn Ann Brewer in Elkhart. Ind., on Dec. 26. They also attended the reception in foe club building. Kent is a student in medical school in Indianapolis and Lynn Is a senior in L U. After her graduation they witt make their home in Indianapolis. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Roth and daughters spent foe holiday vacation with relatives in Kansas City. Dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Lowell McCammack for the holiday were Roes Hanks, Mrs. Zada Pruitt, Mr. and Mrs. G. L.

their new home recently on the road south of Union Chapel Church. Jeanna, Doug, Rita and Chet Clodfelter spent Friday night with their grandmother Clodfelter. Doug Baird spent a part of his vacation with his grandmother Baird and his uncles, Jim, Bob and Dave. Hanks and Mr. and Mrs. Roy Wayne Hanks. Mrs. Evelyn Arnold of Delaware state, was the guest of her daughter, Mrs. Roy Hanks and husband over the vacation. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Smith have returned to Florida after spending the holidays here with their family. Mr. and Mrs. Larry Miller and Mr. and Mrs. Lowell McCammack attended the Grand Old Opera in the coliseum in Indianapolis Saturday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Jewel Blue moved over foe week end to foe property of Clarence Steward in foe east part of town. Mr. Harry Bell formerly occupied foe house. Mrs. Vesta Mitchell visited her son, Gene Pruitt and family of Indianapolis over the holidays. Mr. and Mrs. Harve Wilson and sons of Indianapolis R. R. left their home on Dec. 24 at 9 a.m. and came to the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Wilson, where they spent the day. They returned to their home early in foe evening to find their house had been entered during foe day and robbed of foeir television, stereo, gun and unwrapped gifts under foe tree and 9150.00 in money. The thieves entered through a window and left through a door. No trace of them was found. Mr. and Mrs. Duane Ross and daughter, Allison Ann and Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie Ross all of Greencastle were dinner guests of foeir parents, Mr. and Mrs. Date Ross during the holidays. Mr. and Mrs. Roland Buis Jr., David and Beverly left Monday morning for their home in Hampton, Va., after a two weeks visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bridges and his parents in Greencastle. Other Christmas guests of the Bridges’ were Betty Jo Dunsan, Kelley and Colleen of Veedersburg, Mr. and Mrs. Phil Everman and Ronnie of Roachdale,

Mr. and Mrs. Steve Littrell of Plainfield, Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Miller, Mike, Mitch and Mark. Mrs. Marcella Bridges is acting as Director of Nurses in the Putnam County Hospital. She was appointed after the former director, Miss Clarice Beeman resigned to be married. She and her husband Charles, Lukenbill have gone to California to make foeir home. Jeral Baker will be installed as Worshipful Master of the Masons at their meeting Thursday night at 7:30.

Jobs Daughters held their New Years’ party and dance in the Masonic Hall. They had a large attendance as other Bethel groups were invited. Mr. and Mrs. Max O’Hair and family of Greencastle, spent New Years Day with her brother and family.
