1 small onion chopped
(V* cup) 2 tsp. salt
V« tsp. pepper
Serves 6
On fiameless electric range simmer chicken (covered) with onion, celery, salt, pepper and water about 30 minutes, or until tender. Remove to a heated serving platter. Keep hot while making gravy. To prepare gravy, mix flour and milk well and add to hot chicken broth. Cook, stirring constantly until gravy thickens and boils one minute. Serve with hot biscuits. Want to see your hint in print?
