Greek Political Crisis May End ATHENS UPI — King Constantine may move to end Greece's political crisis tonight by calling on former socialist leader Elias Tsirimokos to form a new government, informed sources said.
Tsirimokos and former Deputy Premier Stephan Stefanpoloulos head a splinter group within the Center Union party, which is headed by former Premier George Papandreou. The crisis broke last month when Constantine blocked Papandreou's bid to take over the defense ministry and accepted his resignation instead.
