GODWIN WSAHINGTON UPI — The Agriculture Department today estimated the consumer food bill in 1965 will rise to about $84 billion, up 5 per cent from the $80 billion spent in 1964. In a review of the demand and price aspects of the general agricultural situation, the department said domestic markets for farm products are continuing to expand during 1965 with the consequence that consumer spending for food is rising.
