Bats Booming INDIANAPOLIS UPI — Tacoma’s Giants belted Indianapolis pitchers for 15 hits Monday night for an 11-7 victory to snap the Tribe’s three-game Pacific Coast League winning streak. The Indians, however, remained in first place in the I league's eastern division, half a game ahead of Oklahoma City. Tacoma jumped on John Miller for a pair of runs in the opening inning, ending Miller’s string of 27 scoreless frames, and they scored six more runs in the fifth. For Indianapolis, Lee Elia smashed his 15th home run of the season and Dick Ken worthy his sixth.
