Queen Enjoys I Trip On Rhine BONN UPI Queen Elizabeth i traveled down the picture postcard Rhine River Valley today to open her tour of provincial Germany. With a smiling Prince Philip at her side, the British monarch drove through a countrywide of hilltop castles and legendary robber barons to Coblenz to board a boat for the classic tourist cruise on the Rhine. Workers in sun-splashed vineyards along the way dropped their tools and rushed down the hillsides to catch a glimpse of the Queen. She rewarded them with a wave and a regal smile. The Queen's official visit to Germany has brought such an enthusiastic response from the people that it appeared her tour would be as triumphant as that of the late President Kennedy, who came here in 1962.
