Trees shoot forth delicate sprouts, gardens display color that’a a promise of brilliance to come — all about us Nature blossoms forth in splendor after the dreary days of winter. And the gaiety of spring-into-spring is echoed on our tables. Lemon Asparagus Mold with Curry Dressing is a salad triumph that emphasizes the glorious sunshine and carefree spirit of the season. Its glamorous appearance earmarks it for entertaining, as well as family meals though it is simplicity personified to make. The mold of asparagus in tangy jelly is studded with bright pimiento bits, while a smooth dressing with illusive undertones of curry highlights the refreshing flavor of the shim-
mering salad.
