Cook artichokes as directed on package, adding lemon juice and substituting garlic salt foi salt before simmering. Drain. Coarsely chop about Vi of the artichokes; reserve remaining artichokes fot garnish. Add 2 tablespoons butter to chopped artichokes; stir until melted. Keep all artichokes warm. Prepare omelet as directed in you! favorite recipe. When omelet is well puffed and delicately browned on the bottom, place pan in a 375° oven for about 4 minutes, or until top of omelet is mm. Spoon chopped artichokes over half of omelet. Fold omelet in half and slide onto farmed serving platter. Garnish with reserved artichokes. Serve with Creamy Mushroom Sauce. WASHINGTON UPI —President Johnson today approved a new anti-poverty program to provide summer jobs for 70,000 ! youths who need the money so they can return to school in the fall.
