SIGHT-SAVERS SAN ANTONIO, Tex. (UPIl — A schoolboy who got bad marks in school was scolded loudly by his parents when he brought home a poor report card. Neighbors told members of the West Side Lions Club. The civic group arranged to send the youth to a doctor and paid for eye glasses. The boy became an outstanding student. That case history of three years ago is one of many in the files of the Lions Club, which has made a project of saving sight. In 10 years the group has provided about 1,500 school children with eye glasses, examinations and, in some cases, surgery.
