At this meeting the name tag contest was held. Karen Sears, the chairman of the name tag committee, hopes that her committee will win again this year. The Greencastle F.H.A. are proud to have Janet Lucas representing them as State Reporter in F.H.A. at this meeting.

Add glamor to your outdoor cooking with shish kebabs. This excellent version features lamb, whole pimientos, mushrooms and little onions; and the pimientos and meat are marinated in a well seasoned French dressing for additional flavor. 1 leg of lamb, boned (about 6 lbs.) 2 (7-oz. each) cans or jars whole pimientos 1 large onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 teaspoon coarse-grind black pepper 1 teaspoon salt % teaspoon rosemary 1 cup French dressing Green pepper, in chunks Mushrooms, whole Small white onions, peeled (canned or parboiled) Salad oil The day before, cut lamb in 1% to 2-inch pieces; remove all gristle and trim away most of fat. Place lamb and drained pimientos in a large bowl; add chopped onion, garlic, seasonings and French dressing. Mix gently to avoid crushing or tearing pimientos. Let stand in refrigerator overnight or until ready to prepare kebabs. While grill is heating, string green pepper squares, mushrooms, pimientos, lamb, onions, etc. on skewers, alternating vegetables and meat for good variety. Brush filled skewers with oiL Cook until meat is done. Slide cooked food off onto a bed of seasoned hot rice and serve. 5 to 6 servings.
