Traffic Victim By United Press International The death of a 6-year-old Indianapolis boy Monday pushed the 1965 Indiana traffic fatality count to at least 189 compared with 150 a year ago. Ray Hinton was injured fatally and his 4-year-old brother, Timothy, was hurt when they darted into the path of an auto driven by William Caren, 35, Whiteland. Police said the boy died on his way to a hospital in a police emergency vehicle.
