Bouillabaisse Prepared In a Jiffy
Expelled Envoy Flies To Rome BEIRUT, Lebanon UPI — An American diplomat expelled from Syria as an alleged spy arrived here by car Wednesday night. He left Beirut today in a plane bound for Rome. The diplomat is Walter Snowdon, 46, who had been serving as second secretary of the U S. Embassy in the Syrian capital of Damascus. Radio Damascus charged Wednesday that Snowdon offered 92 million to a Syrian army officer for information about the Syrian military. He was given 48 hours to get out of the country. The State Department in Washington said the charges were unfounded.

To make sure it turn* out this way, they follow these time-tested rules for brewing tea: They use a teapot — to keep the tea hot while brewing. They usg one teaspoonful of tea per cup. They bring fresh, cold tap water to a full boil. They pour the boiling water over the tea in the teapot. And they let the tea brew for a full 3 to 5 minutes. To go with their favorite beverage, the Irish like slices of soda bread, rich with currants and raisins. Served warm from tht oven, spread with butter and jam, it’s a Treat with a capital T.
