Suit Filed By Dunes Council FORT WAYNE UPI — The Save the Dunes Council said it has filed suit in a Marion County court at Indianapolis to force the Indiana Port Commission to reveal documents showing that the proposed Burns Ditch harbor on Lake Michigan is “an unsound economic investment.” The suit was filed Tuesday in Marion Superior Court under state “anti - secrecy” laws against Lewis B. Grafft, acting secretary of the commission. It charged Grafft with “malfeasance and improper and unlawful acts” in refusing to show council representatives certain

The council said its demands for the documents, copies of “letters of intent” from potenport users, went unan-

i Roudebush Will Deliver Address i COLUMBUS, Ind. — Sixth District Congressman Richard L. Roudebush (R-Ind.), of | Noblesville, will be the principal ! speaker here Friday night (Feb. 12), for the annual Bartholomew County GOP Lincoln Day Dinner - Meeting, according to an announcement today by Republican State Chairman Rob-
' ert N. Stewart.
Roudebush is serving his third term in the U. S. House of Representatives, and is a former State and National Commander of the Veterans of
Foreign Wars.
Elected to the 87th Congress in 1960 during his first attempt at public office. Congressman Roudebush was subsequently l re-elected to the 88th Congress in 1962 and re-elected to the S9th Congress last November. Despite the great LBJ Democratic landslide of 1964, Roude- | bush won re-election by his j | largest margin — a 13,166 vote total, and was among a tiny handful of Republicans in Congress to gain strength rather 1 than lose in the GOP debacle. Before going to Congress, Roudebush, 47, was a farmer | and small businessman, associated with his family in a livestock agency at the Indian-
apolis Stockyards.
Roudebush is married, has two children, and resides on a farm northeast of Noblesville. He is a graduate of Butler University (Class of 1941), with a degree in Business Administrajtion. He is a fifth generation member of the Refuge Christian Church near Noblesville. Identified during his three terms in Congress with the | conservative faction of the Republican Party, Roudebush has voted consistently for the preservation of the free enterprise system, Constitutional government and federal debt and budget deficit reduction. Cited by the Amencans for ; Constitutional Action, Roudebush has maintained one of the highest ACA index voting rec-
ords in Congress.
Roudebush also has been a critic of much of the foreign aid program, particularly loans ■ and grants to communist coun-, tries. An early supporter of the Peace Corps, Roudebush voted
for the original bill setting up the program, and also worked and supported the manpower
