Court Will Not Review Case WASHINGTON UPI — The Supreme Court refu.° d Monday to review the disbarment of Metro Holovachka, former Lake County, Ind., prosecuting attorney now serving a prison sentence for income tax evasion. The court acted in a brief or- • der, with no opinion. Holovachka was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment and fined $10,000 after his conviction Feb. 22, 1962. of failing to report $179,543 of income for the years 1955-1957. His disbarment was recommended by Judge Newell A. Lamb, acting as investigative commissioner, June 27, 1963, three days after Holovachka began serving his sentence. It was ordered May 11, 1964, by the State Supreme Court which said that ^rom evidence given Lamb, Holovachka received a vast amount of money in payoffs and bribes so that vice and gambling could operate in Lake County, and concluded this showed “utter depravity and moral turpitude.”

Hair Shrinks
NEW YORK UPI— Women who trim their bangs after a shampoo often are puzzled as to why their hair dries so much
shorter than planned. The secret to cutting bangs when the hair is wet, according to hairstylists, is to cut to eyebrow length. Hair shrinks, or “bounces up,” as it dries.
