Girl Held In Fatal Shooting EVANSVILLE UPI — Police today questioned a 16-year-old girl in the fatal shooting of her step-father, who had been scuffling with his wife Police said the girl, Jane Nelson, admitted running into a bedroom and taking a pistol from a dresser to shoot Frank Kittrel, 37.
