Dock Workers Return To Jobs NEW YORK UPI— Sixtythousand longshoremen from Maine to Texas return to work today, their one-day strike halted by a federal court order. The strike was the sixth by the International Longshoremen's Association ILA to be interrupted by the “coolingoff” provisions of the Taft-Hart-
ley labor law.
