Indiana, and from day to day thereafter until sold, offer for sale at private sale all of the interest of said ward in and to the following real estate, to-wit: The West half of the South West quarter of Section No. 3a in Township 16 North of Range No. 5 West, containing 80 acres, more or less. Also the North East quarter of the South Ea^t quarter of Section 34. Township 16 North. Range 5. West, containing 40 acres, more or less. Also a part of Section 3 in Town- I ship 15 North in Range 5 West, and 1 a part of Section 34 in Township 16 North in Range 5 West dsecribed as i follows, to wit: Commencing at the South East comer of the said Section 34 and running thence North with the East line 19 chains and 82 links to the North East comer of the South East quarter of the South East quarter of j the said Section 34: thence West with the North line of the said quarter quarter section 9 chains. 96 links: thence South 2 and one-half degrees East 32 chains and 5 links to the center of the gravel road: thence South 78 degrees j East 12 chains and 2 links to the East line of the East half of the East half : of the said Section 3; thence North with said East line 15 chains and 17 links to the North East corner of the said Section 3; thence West 2 chain* and 47 links to the place of beginning.
