Indiana, and from day to day thereafter until sold, offer for sale at private sale all of the interest of said ward in and to the following real estate, to-wit: The West half of the South West quarter of Section No. 3a in Township 16 North of Range No. 5 West, containing 80 acres, more or less. Also the North East quarter of the South Ea^t quarter of Section 34. Township 16 North. Range 5. West, containing 40 acres, more or less.
