The Electrical Workers (LBEW) and Teamsters are gainers, however, among the 10 largest unions. Unionized government employes have risen 34 per cent since 1956. Present membership of the Mine Workers is not known.

Patio Oat Burgers 114 pounds ground beef 2 teaspoons salt 1 cup rolled oats, uncooked, 1 « teaspoon pepper quick or regular *4 teaspoon of liquid smoke, 1/2 cup chopped onion optional 1 egg s /3 cup milk or tomato juice Combine and mix ingredients. Shape into 8 patties, about 314 inches in diameter. Grill or broil to desired doneness over low glowing coals, turning once. Serve plain or on bun topped with vegetables, chili sauce, cheese, or sour cream, as desired. Yield: 8 patties.

Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 6 to 8 minutes, until golden brown. Cool. Fold apple filling into lemon pie filling. Spoon over 8 of the rectangles. Top with remaining rectangles. Drizzle icing over desserts. Serves 8.
