Notice Is hereby given to the taxpayers of Oreencastle Community Schools of Putnam County, Indiana, that the School Board will meet at the Superintendent’s Office on July 27. 1964 at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of considering a proposal to establish a cumulative building fund for the following purpose or purposes: the erection, construction, purchase and remodeling of school buildings for classroom purposes, purchase of real estate and equipment for new buildings for classroom purposes and the pay ment of rentals for renting or leasing of real estate for school buildings for classroom purposes, and to provide means of Ingress, or egress, and the levying of a tax in said school unit. And the levying of a tax of seventyfive cents ($.75) on each one hundred dollars ($100,001 of taxable real and personal property within the taxing district to provide monies for said fund, said tax to be first levied In 1964 payable in 1965. and annually thereafter for a period not to exceed five years, as provided for In Chapter 57. Acts of 1945. Taxpayers are invited to be present at the meeting and to exercise their rights to be heard on said proposal The proposal.
