Leaders.Will Seek Audience GULFPORT. Miss. UPI — A group of top integration leaders said today they will seek an audience with Gov. Paul B.

Johnson who has criticized their tour through Mississippi as “creating high tension and feeling.” Members of the interracial group spoke Tuesday night to a crowd of 300 Negroes at Moss Point where a Negro girl was wounded Monday night

when shots were fired into a voter registration rally. They came to this Gulf Coast city in a motor caravan where they split into groups and itegrated four leading hotels and motels, including the plush Edgewater Gulf Motel. Hotel managers greeted each

group with courtesy, one noting he had held their rooms although they were running late. At another, Robert Carter, a member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People NAACP. got prompt service when he ordered two bottles of scotch whisky. It

was delivered to his room in a bag although Mississippi is legally dry.

WASHINGTON UPI — The Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) has granted Seaboard World Airlines permission to lease a DC8F jet with crews to Trans Caribbean Airways for use on the latters’ route between New York and San Juan. P.R. The Seaboard — TCA agreement, to be in effect for one 1 year, called for a payment of 86.528 for each one-way revenue trip flown or $4 per aircraft mile. TCA would operate the jet with up to 180 seats,

primarily on weekends.
