200 Loose Homes MONTREAL UPI — Two hundred persons lost their homes and possessions Thursday night when a five-alarm fire swept a city block in Montreal. The blaze, which broke out in some sheds in the rear of the tenements, swept so rapidly through the crowded buildings that firemen had to leave the buildings because of danger from collapsing walls and floxra. Bolt Kills Two Boys KINGSTON, N. Y. UPI — Two boys were killed Wednesday when a sudden lighting bolt lashed out of a near-cloudless sky and struck them as they sat under a tree after a swim in a pond at Rosendale, a small community 10 miles south of here. The dead were identified as Gary Schmidt, 11, and Ronald Morrelli, 16. Treated at Benedictine Hospital here were Alfred Schmidt, 15, brother of th* dead boy, John Smith, 14, and Donald Auchmoedy, 9, all of Rosendale.

Confiscates Edition TOKYO UPI — The South Vietnamese government confiscated the July 1 edition of the mien Nam daily in Saigon, the government controlled Viet Nam press agency said in a broadcast monitored here today. The agency said the information ministry charged that the newspaper “distorted a statement by former U. S. Ambassador Henry Cabot Lodge purposely to enhance the idea of neutralizing South Viet Nam.”
