Cuban Exiles Announce Plan MIAMI UPI — “Operation 107” is the latest battle plan against Fidel Castro's government announced by a Cuban exile group. But like “Plan Omega” — supposed to be already activated — nobody is saving what it involves. Operation 107 was announced Thursday by a spokesman for a new exile group which claims to be working “somewhere in Latin America,” and which calls itself the “Secret Organization of Continental Action” OSAC. The spokesman for the five-month-old group followed up a written outline of the OSAC background and aims with a telephone advisory that Operation 107 would be launched soon from an unspecified Latin base. The OSAC calls itself a “secret, non-politleal military organism” headed by a five-man general staff and backed by unidentified Americans. Venezuelans and Colombians, as well as university students “in various countries.”
