The Sign of the Arrow offers the girls the chance to participate in many activities and among these have been—learning about their flag; learning that there are Girl Scouts all over the world (of special meaning because they all have their World Association pins); taking part in a service project; earning three badges (the Observer, an outdoor badge; needlecraft, a sewing badge; and a badge in one of the arts, the Dancers badge). They have enjoyed getting together with other troops. The arrow with the trefoil on its says “This is the way" on the path of Girl Scouting.
