Three Records Broken Friday INDIANAPOLIS UPI-Three all-time sectional records fell Friday in the Indiana high school track sectionals but winds which gusted up to 40 miles an hour and more in some places may have prevented a greater attack on the records. All three of the all-time sectional records which fell were broken in the Gary sectional where the wind helped the athletes. One local sectional record also was tied at Gary. Gary Roosevelt, which won its fifth straight Gary sectional, led the qualifying for next week's regionals. The Panthers qualified 16 individuals and both relay teams for the regionals.

Company Coffee Break
Chicory Adds New Flavor Note By Joan O'Sullivan There comes a social hour in mid-afternoon or late evening when refreshments are served to guests. What form shall they
take? We suggest a company coffee break, but one that’s spectacular. Coffee With Chicory Serve a special kind of coffee. such as one that comes blended with chicory. It’s deliciously different. The chicory

You can serve it in the regular way or try the following variations: French Cafe Au Lait: Use equal amounts of hot coffee and hot milk, pouring them into the cup simultaneously. Caffe Cappuccino: Use the French Cafe Au Lait recipe but add a dash of grated orange
rind.
Viennese Coffee: Serve black or with milk, but always with a dollop of delicious whipped; cream. Since no company coffee break is complete without something sweet, whip up one of the coffee-flavored desserts that follow to round out refreshments. COFFEE KUCHEN 3 c. sifted all-purpose

Pride Of Mets NEW YORK UPI — Roy : McMillian, the new pride and ;joy of the Mets who still is a bit bewildered by it all, said today he “came to play.” If that’s the case, the 33- ! year-old one-time boy w r onder certainly came to the right , place. Bounced from a third place club to a tail-ender, McMillan said he “couldn't quite understand” the deal in which the Milwaukee Braves Friday obtained pitcher Jay Hook for him, and then turned around and sent him to the minors, but he was happy to be a member of the Mets nevertheless. “At least, I feel I’m going to play here.” said the veteran shortstop. “Gosh, It's been a couple of weeks since I’ve played at all. No, I take that back. I did play four innings for the Braves in Philadelphia Thursday night, but that was the first time they used me in weeks.

ST. LOUIS UPI — Mickey Wright joked today about wind gusts up to 43 miles an hour as “pretty tough on a little girl like me” but the other women ( pros didn't see anything funny about the first round of the Squirt Women's Open Friday. Miss Wright, long off the tee and deadly with her irons, and not a little girl at all, grabbed the first round lead in the $12,500 54-hole tournament here with a bne under par 70. She did the trick while not a single other woman pro could match
or break par. “That wind sure makes it tough to chip and putt,” Miss Wright said.
Belts 3rd Homer The “patient” is coming along fine and, quite naturally, so are the New York Yankees. Mickey Mantle, affected by assorted ailments since the season’s onset, once again is leading the revitilized Yankees on the road back toward the top of the American league. Taped leg and all. Mantle belted his third home run in the last four games Friday night to start New York off to a 10-3 i victory over the Cleveland i Indians.
