Mr. and Mrs. Roy C. Sutherlin wish to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Rebecca Anne, to William Paul Webbink, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. G. Webbink, South Bend. Miss Sutherlin is a graduate of Greencastle High School and is a senior at DePauw University. The prospective bridegroom attended DePauw University and is now a student at Butler University. The wedding will be in The First Christian Church in Greencastle on June 20, at 7:30 p.m. All friends are cordially invited.

Mr. and Mrs. Herald Stanger of Fillmore wish to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Norma Jean, to David Earl Stwalley, son of Mrs. Walter Tiller of 518 East Washington Street, Greencastle. Miss Stanger will graduate from Purdue in June and will be a teacher in the Speedway Public School System. Mr. Stwalley is employed at Allison's Division, Central Motors, Inc., at Speedway. Proclamation Mayor Raymond S. Fisher today officially proclaimed May 11 to May 82 for Greencastle’s annual Clean-Up-Paint-Up-Fix-Up campaign and urged every citizen to participate in this year’s program. Today’s proclamation was as follows: WHEREAS, the general health and welfare of our citizens depend upon wholesome surroundings arising from good clean living conditions, and WHEREAS, the lives and property of our people are endangered by fire and accidents caused by littered and cluttered conditions in homes, factories, places of public assembly, alleys, and streets and WHEREAS, a clean and beautiful community is a proud and prosperous one and WHEREAS, unity of effort is required for future development of our community, THEREFORE, I, Raymond S. Fisher, Mayor of the City of Greencastle, do hereby designate May 11-22 inclusive as Clean Up Days, and most respectfully call upon all departments of this city, its commercial organizations, civic clubs, schools, churches, boys’ and girls’ clubs and all other associations and our people in general to take an active part in this constructive program of community improvement to insure its success. Gets Nursing Cap Mrs. Juanita Lorraine Goodson took part in a capping ceremony at St Louis City Hospital School of Nursing held Friday, May 1st Mrs. Goodson, the wife of Felix E. Goodson, R.R. 3, Greencastle has successfully completed the first six months of her three year course of training, and receiving a cap from the school signified her completion of the first phase of the course. Mrs. Goodson is a graduate ot McKinley High School. The St Louis Hospital School of Nursing provides an educational stipend of $191 per month to each nursing student during the third year of training. A free outdoor concert offered by the DePauw University band will be presented tomorrow (Thursday) at 6:45 p.m. in the Women's Quadrangle, across the street from the Memorial Student Union building. The public concert will feature the program originally scheduled for presentation April 20 but which was rained out. Two members of the DePauw University library staff have been appointed to Hoosier Library committee posts. Larry Cunningham has been named to the Intellectual Freedom Committee of the Indiana Library Association for 1964, and Miss Marian Mullendore has been appointed a member of the American Library Association Membership Committee in Indiana for one year.

Couple To Reside In Putnamville Marcia Miskovich and James Berry Jr., were united in marriage in South Bend, Indiana, April 29th at 5 p.m. Mrs. Carl Baker sang "I Love You Truely” accompanied on the organ by Mrs. Joyce Newel.
