Bainbridge School Xews An FHA meeting was held Tuesday, April 14, the 5th period in the Home Economics Room. Officers were nominated for next year by the senior FHA officers. Several girls gave talks on career planning. Sherry Edwards gave a talk on being a homemaker and a housewife. Darlene Buzzard gave a talk on teaching and the advantages and disadvantages of it. Jackie Brackney gave a talk on going to Beauty College. Kathy Dearinger gave a talk on being a nurse and Norma Spencer gave a talk on being a

Tuesday, April 14, Bainbridge participated in a track meet with Cloverdale and Fillmore. Cloverdale placed first, Fillmore placed second and Bainbridge
placed third.
Wednesday, April 15, Bainbridge played a baseball game with Russellville at Russellville. Bainbridge won 15 to 2. Thursday, April 16, Bainbridge participated in a track meet with North Salem and Roachdale. North Salem placed first, Bainbridge placed second and Roachdale third. The senior class had a meeting Monday April 13, the first period. Plans were made for the senior trip and for the com-
mencement.
