Find Shortage By Bookkeeper INDIANAPOLIS UPI — A shortage of 31,352 has been found in the accounts of a former bookkeeper who resigned last fall, chairman Merton T. Stanley of the Indiana Public Service Conunission said today. Stanley said the shortage was discovered when another former employe found that his income tax withholding statement showed an income higher than he actually received.
