A SAVORY ST. PATRICK'S DAY DINNER
Whether or not you claim the brogue of the Emerald Isle, St. Patrick’s Day means fun and merriment for all. Why not have friends in to celebrate the wearing of the green. With the' aid of canned convenience foods, you’ll serve a spectacular dinner in no time at all. Savory and tender stuffed fish fillets are the entree. Bread cubes, minced shrimp, and seasonings combine for the tasty stuffing. The sauce is marvelous canned condensed cream of celery soup . . . smooth, delicious, convenient ... a perfect companion for fish. Add bits of parsley for th* green. Round out your menu with peas and mushrooms to go along.. e frozen individual apple pies for dessert. Dot each pie with cheesa ■hamrocks for a gay touch. Sh Patrick's Fish Fillets 1 cup dry bread cubes 1 small clove garlic, minced % cup finely chopped shrimp 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon finely minced onion margarine Dash pepper 1 can (10% ounces) condensed 4 fish fillets (about 1 pound) cream of celery soup 1 tablespoon chopped parsley % cup milk Combine bread, shrimp, onion, and pepper. Place about % cup mixture in center of each fillet; fold over and fasten with toothpicks. In skillet, cook parsley and garlic in butter a few minutes. Stir in soup and milk; heat. Add stuffed fish; cover and cook over low heat about 15 minutes or until fish is don^ Spoon 46066 over fish; stir now and then. Hakes 4 servings.
