Sukarno Issues Cease-Fire Order JAKARTA. In .'.one' * x UPI — President Sukarno today ordered a cease-fire in Indonesia’s border war with Malaysia at the conclusion of peace talks with Atty. Gen. Robert F. Kennedy. Kennedy said the two nations had agreed to meet with The Phillippines in a summit confer-

ence to settle the conflict over Malaysia, the new anti-Coinmu-nist nation backed by the Unit-

ed States and Britain.

Kennedy, President Johnson's personal envoy, flew off to Bangkok, Thailand, to make further arrangements for the talks. He said that on the basis of his discussions with Sukarno, Prime Minister Abdul Rahman of Malaysia, and Philippine President Diosdado Macapagal, an end to the guerriiia fighting had

been arranged, “paving the way for peaceful negotaiations.” Since Malaysia's formation last September, there have been frequent clashes on the island of Borneo, which it shares with Indonesia.
