Indies Aid Met With Mrs. Burk The Clinton Falls Ladies Aid met January 2 at the home of Mrs. James Burk for an all day meeting. The members began arriving at eleven o’clock, bringing a covered dish. Rev. Leland Schwarz gave thanks at a twelve o’clock dinner. At the close of the dinner, the president. Mrs. Burk, called the meeting to order. The members sang “Bless Be The Ties.” Mrs. Schwarz read devotions from Psalms and recited a collection of poems. The roll call was taken with each member answering with a New Years Resolution. New business was taken up. The next meeting is to be held in the home of Rev. and Mrs. Schwarz February 6 at 7 p. m. All are invited. Present for the meeting were 17 adults and five children. After the business meeting the club members worked on rug rags.
